Founded the firm in 1990 with a commitment to premium standards and custom craftsmanship. Oversees master-level project direction, high-end material sourcing, and client partnerships across 36 years of continuous operation.
Associate Estimator + Successor
Joining the firm to steward its 36-year legacy into the next generation. Currently anchoring our pre-construction division as an estimator, mastering complex project geometry, architectural material takeoffs, and raw material costing from the ground up.
Jerry Gwozdzinski
Senior Draftsman + Engineer
A 25-year cornerstone of our engineering room. Translates complex architectural concepts into flawless shop drawings while maintaining strict structural tolerances. Serves as our master technical mentor, enforcing uncompromising quality standards and guiding the next generation of drafting talent.
John Leys
Senior Estimator
Anchoring our estimating division for the past eight years with an accurate, meticulous approach to project costing. Pairs deep estimating expertise with a wealth of practical knowledge gained from his early years as a journeyman and millwork installer, ensuring every bid accounts for real-world site conditions and seamless field execution.
Maciej Musialak
Shop Foreman + Cabinetmaker
Joining the firm from Eastern Europe in 2007 during Western Canada’s historic construction boom. Brings European-trained master artistry to our production floor, overseeing daily fabrication, enforcing meticulous shop safety, and ensuring every bespoke unit aligns with our legacy of precision.
Tracey Michtich
Business Controller
A 25-year pillar of our leadership team, managing the operational heartbeat of the company. Directs all corporate accounting, human resources, and high-level office management, leveraging a quarter-century of deep institutional knowledge to keep our business agile, stable, and executing at the highest standard.
